How can I return or exchange an item?
If you need to return or exchange an item, please email us at info@tirani.co and our team will assist you. Kindly include your order number and reason for the return or exchange. Please note that custom pieces are non-refundable unless faulty.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We currently ship to New Zealand, Australia, the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 7–14 business days.
What kind of gold-plating do you use?
We use 18k gold-plating for all our jewellery. Each piece is crafted to last, especially when stored correctly in a cool, dry place and kept in the complimentary jewellery box provided with every purchase.
Is your jewellery waterproof?
Yes, all Tirani pieces are waterproof and crafted to the highest standards to retain their shine. However, to preserve the longevity of your jewellery, we recommend the following care tips:
- Periodically wipe your jewellery with a soft, lint-free cloth to maintain its shine.
- Store your pieces in a dark, cool, and dry place ideally in an airtight box or pouch to prevent scratching and tangling.
- Avoid exposing your jewellery to perfumes, lotions, or acidic liquids, as these may cause the plating to fade over time.
- While our jewellery is waterproof and resistant to tarnishing, we advise removing it before swimming or bathing and avoiding extreme temperatures.
Please note: natural fading of plated jewellery may occur over time. This is not considered a fault and can be minimized with proper care.
Is your packaging recyclable?
Yes. Our jewellery boxes are made of recyclable cardboard. Each box includes a foam insert for protection, which may not be recyclable in all regions. We encourage customers to reuse the box for safe and stylish storage of their jewellery. Sustainability is a core value at Tirani, and we continue to seek eco-conscious solutions across our packaging and production.
Who is responsible for paying duties and taxes?
Any import duties, VAT, or customs fees charged by your country’s border are the customer’s responsibility. These costs are not included in the product price or shipping fee at checkout.
Will I know the exact amount before my order arrives?
Unfortunately, we cannot estimate or control customs fees, as they are determined by your local customs authority. For more details, please contact your local customs office.
Why am I being charged extra by the courier?
Couriers such as DHL, FedEx, or Royal Mail may collect customs duties and VAT on behalf of your country. This is a standard international shipping process.
